Delivery Policy

J'S LUXURY FASHION chooses and uses professional logistics companies leading the world, including DHL, Hong Kong Speedpost, and S.F. Express:

1)         After shipping the product, J's will provide a Tracking Number in real time.

2)         Please ensure the package will be signed for receipt at the delivery address, as J'S LUXURY FASHION only provides a one-time free delivery service. (For Hong Kong and Macau orders only)

3)         In case of failure to contact the customer, as the phone number or address registered is not correct, the customer will be solely responsible for all the consequences. In case of any disputes, J'S LUXURY FASHION will reserve the right of final decision.

4)         The product will be shipped to the S.F. Express station for pick up, free of charge. Each order is limited to one delivery address, either a business address or a residential one.

5)         In-stock products (shipped from the Hang Kong warehouse): After the order is confirmed, in general, Hong Kong and Macau area can be delivered within 2-3 working days. Other areas are expected to be delivered within 5-18 working days due to the impact of customs declaration and other factors. (Working days do not include Saturday and Sunday)

6)         Direct delivery from overseas (shipped from the Europe warehouse): Expected delivery within 7-21 working days from the date that the warehouse receives the order. 

7)         The above delivery time is applicable to only normal circumstances. In case of large events such as Double Eleventh and anniversary celebration events, or in case of force majeure such as typhoon, rainstorm and heavy fog, the arrival time of the order will depend on specific situations.

8)         P.O. mailbox will not be accepted as a delivery address.

9)         Once the product is shipped, J's will not accept your refusal to receive the product. Except for damage to the packing or the product due to the reasons of the logistics company, a refusal will result in a full deduction of the payment.

10)        Shipment, in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, is supported, and so is shipment to the abroad (please contact us first)
